Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-07-20

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Faltera(“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you play the Falteramobile game (“the App”) on iOS and Android. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, or other directly-identifying information to play. We collect the following categories of information automatically:

  • Device and advertising identifiers — such as your device's advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android), used to serve and measure rewarded video ads through Google AdMob.
  • Crash and diagnostic logs — technical information collected automatically when the App crashes or encounters an error, used to identify and fix bugs.
  • Gameplay analytics events — anonymous, aggregated events describing how the App is used (for example, when a run starts, when a level starts, whether a level was passed or failed, when a run ends, when a revive is used, when the tutorial is completed, or when a score is shared). These events help us understand which parts of the game are working well and which need adjustment. They do not include your name, contact details, or any content you type.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Diagnose and fix crashes and technical issues.
  • Understand gameplay patterns and improve game balance, difficulty, and content.
  • Serve rewarded video advertisements (used for in-game revives).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use collected data to build a profile of you outside of the App.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each of which processes limited data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:

  • Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) — for gameplay analytics events and crash reporting.
  • Google AdMob — for serving rewarded video advertisements and related advertising identifiers.

5. Data Retention

Analytics and crash data are retained by our third-party processors (Google Firebase, Google AdMob) for the periods set out in their own data retention policies, after which it is aggregated or deleted.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your device. Because the App does not collect directly-identifying account information, most requests are handled on a best-effort basis tied to your device's advertising identifier. To make a request, contact us at support@faltera.app. You can also limit ad tracking and analytics at any time using your device's operating system settings (for example, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, or Android's ad-personalization settings).

7. Children's Privacy

Faltera is designed for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information through the App, please contact us at support@faltera.app so we can address it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Because this page is hosted centrally and linked from within the App, updates here take effect immediately without requiring an app update. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.

9. Contact Us
